TERMS & CONDITIONS:

RETURNS:

No returns accepted for change of mind.

REPLACEMENT:

In the unlikely event your items arrive in faulty/damaged condition or you receive the wrong items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for it to be approved and processed.

SHIPPING:

We post with Australia Post, we will not be held responsible for your item once it leaves our hands, and  is in transport with Australia Post. We ensure all our items are securely wrapped for post. We will not be responsible for  any  damage  in transit with Australia Post,  We will only refund or replace if it is found to be a manufacturers fault, eg:  if it has been dropped on the ground.

PROCESSING TIME:

Please allow 3-7 business days before your order is shipped. In busier times, we will advise you if there is any delay in shipping orders.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Please note express shipping is how fast your parcel will be  received once shipped by us. This will not put you at the top of our processing queue.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Please ensure you have read the product description prior to adding any items to your cart. Refunds will not be provided for purchase errors or change of mind.. If your order is out of stock you will be refunded.

We will not be putting items on backorder due to the current unstable shipping times.
